Tess’s journey commenced when she joined real estate, her interest in property continued to develop until she decided that she was going to change her career. From selling properties around Brazil and Italy to building her own home from scratch. Tess developed a passion and love for construction, one that led to her leaving Brazil and coming over to the United Kingdom.
Within a few years, she became the founder of BV Construction. With her passion for building and vision for excellence, Tess embarked on this journey to challenge stereotypes and carve a niche in a traditionally male-dominated industry. Tess is an experienced professional dedicated to delivering exceptional results which is reflected in her company.
